AI staff that ask before they act.
Manskap gives a small service firm a crew of AI roles. They work in the tools you already use: your email, CRM, task tracker and applicant tracking system. Anything that leaves your firm waits for your approval.
Where we are today: stage 0, hand-run. There is no app yet. Mykola, the founder, runs each role by hand, with Claude doing the legwork on top of your existing tools.
- Drafts reach you by email. You approve, edit or reject.
- Mykola makes each approved change himself and keeps a log you can see.
- He reverses changes by hand when you ask, where the tool allows it.
- Nothing is ever sent automatically.
The app replaces this one role at a time from stage 1, as each role passes its tests. We test roles on cases from our own businesses' data, not from customers. The first piece of the app is connecting Gmail to send emails you approve (see Connecting Google).
The five roles
Hire one role or all five. Each role works only in the tools you connect.
Client Follow-through
Reads your call transcripts, lists what each side promised and by when, and puts it into your CRM as notes and tasks. Drafts the follow-up email. Flags promises that are overdue.
Works with Zoom, Fathom, Granola, or a Google Meet transcript file you export or upload; HubSpot or GoHighLevel; Gmail.
Chief of Staff
Watches your task tracker for stuck and overdue work, drafts nudges to the people who own it, and sends you a Monday letter: what slipped and which decisions are waiting on you.
Works with Linear first, then Asana, ClickUp and monday.com.
Front Desk (email only)
Answers routine client emails (hours, prices, status, how-to) from your own FAQ, with the source quoted. Every reply waits for your approval. Replies with a figure or a promise are flagged.
You forward client email to your Manskap address. Replies go out from your Gmail after you approve. It does not read your mailbox.
New-Business Prospector
Finds companies that are hiring for what you sell, from public job postings. Suggests the job title to approach and drafts one pitch per company for you to edit and approve. One-to-one only: no sequences, no bulk sends.
Leads are companies, posting links, dates and the job title to approach, with no named people. Works with HubSpot or GoHighLevel; Gmail.
Recruiting Coordinator
Reads applicants against a bar you write, flags who is waiting on a reply, drafts chases and offers screening times. You read a short list and decide.
Works with Workable or Ashby (an API key you create and can revoke); Calendly or Cal.com; Gmail.
How approval and undo work
Approval
- Every email to a client, candidate or prospect waits for you. You see the full text and can approve, edit then approve, or reject.
- Nothing goes out in bulk. There are no automatic sequences.
- In stage 0, approval happens by email reply. In the app, it happens in one inbox that works on your phone.
Undo
- In stage 0, undo is by hand: ask, and Mykola reverses the change where the tool allows it.
- In the app (planned), you will be able to undo a whole run in one click where the tool allows it, such as CRM notes and tasks. Undo reverts the record, not automations your CRM ran because of it. Full list: what can be undone.
- Some actions cannot be undone: a sent email, a note added in your applicant tracking system, a booking link sent, a meeting someone has booked. We tell you this before you approve.
Connecting Google
To send emails you approved from your own address, Manskap asks for one Gmail permission: send-only (gmail.send), plus your sign-in email. It cannot read, search or delete your email. Client emails reach Front Desk only through forwarding you set up in Gmail. Google user data is never used for ads or to train AI models. Details: Google user data in our privacy policy.
The Gmail connect step is being built now. Google has not verified our app yet; until it does, Google shows an "unverified app" warning when you connect.
Price
$49 per role per month
- Each role adds 100 completed tasks a month to one allowance shared across your firm. Three roles give 300 tasks, used by any role.
- Beyond that: $0.25 per completed task, up to a monthly cap. The cap is $25 by default and you can change it. At the cap, work is held and shown to you, never dropped silently.
- A completed task is one action that ran successfully, after your approval or one you let apply on its own. Not billed: rejected drafts, failed or retried runs, undone runs, summaries and the free check.
- Month to month, paid by card. Prices in US dollars, plus any tax that applies.
Founding offer for the first 25 firms when the app launches: first month free, then $49 per role locked for 12 months. Roles added later and any overage in the free month are billed.
Agencies and freelancers who resell roles to their clients pay $29 per role per client per month and set their own price.
Stage 0 is billed at the same $49 per role per month, paid upfront. In stage 0 you get drafts each weekday and up to 100 approved tasks a month, with no overage. There is no free month in stage 0; you keep the 12-month price lock.
How to start
We start with a free, read-only check on one role. Nothing is sent or changed. You get one page showing what the role would have done, and everything there would have waited for your approval. If the check needs personal data (call transcripts, applicants), we sign a plain-English data processing agreement first and delete the data within 7 days, with written confirmation. Details: how we handle data.
